Delivery Information: 

  Orders placed by 6 pm Central Standard Time will ship the following business day by the United States Postal Service. Orders placed after 6 pm CST will ship on the 2nd business day.  Orders received Friday night, Saturdays, and Sundays will ship on Mondays.  This is our standard shipping policy but on a rare occasion life happens and shipping may be delayed.  Should there be a delay, an email will be sent notifying you of the delay.

  Our shipping prices are calculated by the US Postal Services or USPS and is based on the weight of your order and are computed at check-out and you can check the prices from the shopping cart.  We offer shipping by USPS - First Class Mail Parcel, Priority Mail (1,2 or 3 Day), and Priority Express Mail(1,2,or 3 Day) Please note Priority Mail(1,2,or 3 Day) is only an estimate from the USPS.If You have a time sensitve order then use Priority Express Mail which will be deivered by 3:00pm the day listed from the date shipped. All packages shipped have USPS Tracking and can be found in your order history. We also ship USPS internationally to some countries as well.  While the method of shipping is completely the customers choice, we recommend Priority Mail as that includes $50 of insurance in the price although we do offer the option of adding more insurance at checkout.  We are not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages.  Delivery problems can be filed on the USPS website under Customer Service and we will help complete the form if you wish. If you wish to return your order we refund only for the products ordered and not the shipping charges.

  If you live in Iowa and wish to pick up your order, in-store pickup is available. Please contact customer service to make arrangements.

  While we like to be in stock on all items at all times, there are occasions of unforseen demand or circumstances that are beyond our control that place us into an out of stock position.  If you order felt that is out of stock, we will send you an email letting you know and we will ship your backorder as soon as it becomes available which is normally 1-2 weeks.  If for some reason we are unable to make that timeline, you will receive an email explaining the problem and giving you the option of continuing on with or cancelling the order.  No additional shipping will be charged for backordered items. 

If a special order item is requested, the order will be held and shipped in full once the special item has arrived.  This is usually 2-3 weeks.
