Thank you for your interest in our products!  If you have any questions about them or an order you have placed you can use the contact us form and send us an email.  We check email regularly throughout the day and beyond so please don't hesitate to ask a question.  While our preferred method is email, you can call us at 712-229-0341 and leave a detailed text message so that we may look up any information necessary prior to returning your call.  We return phone calls at the end of the day. 

Our shopping cart and checkout use a dedicated SSL connection for secure shopping. We accept the following payments - PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Checks and Money orders. We do not save any credit card information. For more see our Privacy Policy  Credit card payments are processed by PayPal - the largest online banking system.

Refunds:
Your satisfaction is our priority!  If you receive your order and there is a problem - please let us know.  We would be happy to make it right.  Unfortunately, due to copywright restrictions, any patterns purchased are not returnable and kits that included patterns are not returnable.  Please complete the form under Returns or Contact Us with any issues that need our attention.  Shipping on return orders is not refunded.  Color on computer monitors may vary.  If you require an exact color match please request a swatch prior to ordering.
